With a large team of experienced professionals who have been involved in hundreds of customer data and marketing projects, imagino puts decades of expertise at your service!
Created in 2017 by Stéphane Dehoche and Thomas Boudalier, imagino was established in acknowledgement that despite the growth of the CDP industry, it was actually getting more complex and expensive for brands to utilise their data in a way that delivered value quickly.
Determined to solve that issue, and offer brands a fresh answer to an old problem, these two engineers threw out the established rulebook to create imagino’s CDP.
After 20 months of development, the company and its first product were presented to the public during Paris Retail Week.
Data is essential. It serves your entire organisation. All functions. All teams.
We don’t believe you should create another database of customer data to get value from it.
You already have all the data you need. Leave it where it is. Draw on it when it’s required for the specific use case, and then write it back to where it came from when you’ve used it, with the appropriate updates.
It’s about access to everything you need, and nothing that you don’t. These factors add up to a (greatly) reduced time to value. A lower initial investment, and faster returns.
The customer is king
We firmly believe that software should serve customers, not vendors!
We also believe that your customer data should benefit you and your customer. We won’t use it to shore up our own products.
At imagino our customers are able to purchase as they see fit:
- a perpetual license or a subscription,
- hosting in the public cloud, private cloud, or on their own servers.
Our annual User Conference gives all our clients the opportunity to understand, and influence, our product roadmap. You know what you need better than we do!
We develop our software with a particular focus on:
- expansion capacities,
- robustness (performance under load, redundancy),
- ease of use.
Succeeding with and for our customers is ultimately the only reason we’re all here!
The teams of our customers, integrator or consulting partners, and of course, the imagino team.
After years of practicing C++, we believe that GO is the optimal language for modern architectures.
