Simplify Monitoring Your Campaigns with Seed Lists

In a marketing context increasingly focused on personalised messages, Seed Lists can be a highly effective tool for optimising your campaigns. Whether you’re looking to test the performance of your mailings or monitor the deliverability of your emails, seed lists can simplify your day-to-day work as a marketer and help you optimise your marketing activities!

How does it work on the imagino platform?

Previously, within imagino, internal contacts were regularly added directly to the main campaign target to monitor deliverability and campaign rendering.

While this method was effective, it had the major drawback of not keeping customer data separate from that of the marketing teams.

The introduction of Seed Lists opens up new possibilities for better management and monitoring of your campaigns without impacting your Campaign Reports.

You can now extract your internal contacts from your Segmentations and add them to one or more Seed Lists.

Key Use Cases for This New Feature:

  • Send the final version of the campaign to your creative teams to confirm that the design, layout, and interactive elements display correctly when the campaign is launched to the main audience.
  • Monitor the delivery and rendering of your messages across various devices, such as smartphones, tablets, and computers.
  • Share a copy of the campaign with your supervisor or team. This allows them to track the content sent in real time without being included in the main target audience.
  • Detect deliverability issues across different webmail services. By monitoring inbox placement on multiple webmail platforms, you can anticipate and resolve issues before they affect your entire audience.

The release of Seed Lists comes with a broader re-organisation of profiles used for campaign validation both before and during campaign sends.

Seed Addresses and Test Profiles have been merged into Test Groups, allowing you to add your contacts and specify their context of use:

  • As part of Test Profiles, to send Test Messages and verify personalisation.
  • For Seed Lists, to send copies of the final message to contacts at the time of sending, especially to execute the use cases described above.
